Since the establishment of Allan Bowman & Associates in 1995, the firm has successfully acquired a comprehensive and diverse portfolio of commissioned projects. The size and complexity of projects has spanned from lightly trafficked streets through heavily trafficked freeways to industrial hardstands capable of carrying enormous 90 tonne axle loads.

Already the firm has been responsible for undertaking design, rehabilitation design and pavement performance monitoring for over 200 road projects in both urban and rural environments with a combined length of over 1,000 km. As a consequence of the geographic diversity and extent of the firm’s client base, together with the scope and range of specialist consulting services, projects have now been completed in all mainland states of Australia, and overseas in New Zealand and in Papua New Guinea.

The record of the firm is backed by the expertise and experience of the firm’s principal Director, Allan Bowman, and other personnel as required. Allan has over 20 years experience in the road industry as a qualified civil engineer and this has included design of pavements for over 430 road projects in urban and rural environments with a combined length of over 2,200 km.
